Today’s topic is self-awareness and how to go about practicing it. My best advice is to start by looking at your own actions and how you are making a difference. Do you know what you are doing? Do you recognize and appreciate how you are impacting your world? If you do, then you should be able to recognize and appreciate other people’s actions. You’ll learn a lot about your own self-awareness when you start to put it into practice.
If you can’t do it, you can’t do it. To that end, we’ve done a series of videos on how to get better at the sport of business. Our first video is about self-awareness. It is an advanced topic.
Self-awareness is the ability to acknowledge our own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We all have our own self-awareness, but it is most often dormant. It serves as the foundation of the ability to recognize and understand others. It makes us more empathetic and compassionate, and can make us a better leader. One of the most important skills in business is the ability to recognize when someone has a problem and help them out.
We know that “help out” means “help the person out.” It is a common saying in business to “help the team out” or “help the customers out.” This is because we want to be helpful to other people and we want them to be happy. But in business, people are more worried about what the other person thinks of them than what they think of ourselves.
This is why we often tend to see people struggling with their own self-awareness. We tend to be very good at knowing what others think of us, and we tend to see how we’re doing other people’s feelings for them. But in business we need to be good at recognizing when someone has a problem and helping them out. We need to be able to recognize that someone is struggling with their own self-awareness and help them out.
There are lots of situations where someone might struggle with their own self-awareness and need help. The most obvious is when we’re talking to an “attractive” person. It is very easy to come up with clever things to say to someone who is in a certain mindset, and it is very hard to avoid saying these things.
Unfortunately, we can’t quite get this right. In fact, the problem is that we can’t get it wrong. There are a lot of things that seem clear-cut, but are not.
I really wish there was a way to help people improve their self-awareness. I wonder if it would help if we just gave them an award for self-awareness. Perhaps we should create a self-awareness award. Not sure if we would actually do it though.
I know it’s a huge cliché. But the problem with clichés is that clichés only make us feel better. We feel better because we’ve gotten used to them and no one can change us. It’s not that we don’t need to improve ourselves. It’s just that we don’t realize that we are self-aware, and thus able to change ourselves.
Self-aware people are able to change themselves with a little effort. We are not. It just seems we have a harder time identifying with qualities that others seem to have. Like we know its not really true. So if we want to win at business, we need to figure out how we can win at self-awareness.
