He used a very simple, step-by-step guide to learn the basics of business law in order to give you the essentials, without going into the complex aspects of business law. I highly recommend his excellent lecture.
I feel like I don’t really have a business, so I’m using this as my guide to help develop a business. I’m going to keep this book as close to my heart as I possibly can.

This book also covers many of the same issues that are covered in section one of the first edition of this book. Its a new book, so there may be some errors in the way you are presented in the book, but the new section covers most of the same material. It is a good read for anybody who uses Business Law to help plan their business.
The 11th edition of the law of business is the most recent and most up-to-date, it covers the latest changes to U.S. and international law that are impacting businesses. It is a very thorough and useful resource.
