The content is also incredibly easy to understand, and each chapter is broken down into practical steps. The book is designed to appeal to a non-lawyer audience.
While this book is designed for a non-lawyer audience, I think its important to note that there are some things this author doesn’t know. However, he does know where to put it in this book. He does, for example, point out that there are two types of business law: commercial and personal. He also discusses the differences between a personal and a commercial business law.
